Peri Desai is an Indian writer based in Dubai via Reykjavik. She’s worked as a journalist for The Times of India and the BBC, among others. Previously, she’s written plays for the Short+Sweet Dubai Festival and won awards for her work.
This project was developed as part of the 2023 edition of the GRIT playwrighting program presented by Exit 11 Performing Arts Company. It is presented as part of the GRIT 2023 Playreading Festival.
